Even if anxiety and panic attacks are basically used in the same context, medically these two are different from one another. There are similarities amongst the two but there are also distinct differences. There are clear differences and similarities amongst anxiety and panic attacks. Panic attacks are described as more intense and lasting for smaller periods of time. Anxiety attacks may be less intense but will last longer from days to even months. Regardless of their differences, these are both serious ailments that should be given the right treatment. When panic attacks worsen, they could develop to a panic disorder which is best prevented. These illnesses can be treated via cognitive behavior therapy and medication.

Feeling Anxiety means you are not alone
