Most processed foods will include sugar, so take the lot of them or throw them in the garbage. Another thing on that list and should be avoided is salt, this is because it causes you to retain water. There is too much salt in processed foods, but you should have already got rid of this. Right, there is salt, sugar, all in the processed foods, so there is the garbage filling up. Look there is just too much crap in there that is going to spoil your diet.
