Tea is increasingly one of the most popular drinks on the planet. Unfortunately, some folks are intimidated by the prospect of choosing the “right” tea and are unsure how to make it properly once they do. Some teas have to be steeped for a lot longer while others will be bitter if you steep them for too long. So what should you do with the various teas available on the planet today? All tea leaves are not the same! Don’t make the mistake of brewing them as if they were. To bring out the best flavor in a green tea, steep for only a couple of minutes.
