A Look At The Lasting Effects Of Healthy Weight Reduction

October 9, 2010 · Filed Under Health and Fitness · Comment

Do want to find healthy and effective weight loss tips and strategies? It is the type of thing that is simple, though never easy. You can do it, you just need to apply your will power.

You see, fat burning is no mysterious thing. It comes down to eating less calories than you burn. Some ways of doing it, though, are better for your health than others. To lose weight in a healthy manner will take you longer but, in the end, you will feel better and have an easier time keeping the weight off.

Portion size is important, of course. Also important is making sure that you are getting the nutrition that your body needs. The first step to this is to eat only whole natural food without additives or processing. In addition, you will want to eat a varied diet and make sure that you are getting plenty of fruits and vegetables. Always drink plenty of water so that you can keep hydrated and flush toxins out of your body.

You might want to consider adding nutritional supplements into your diet also. The reality is, food does not have as much nutritive value as it did in the past. It is smart to eat organic as much as you can in order to get the most out of your food.

Exercising is the other part of the weight loss equation. To lose weight in a way that is healthy means exercising regularly. When muscles are toned at the same time as fat is being lost, your appearance at the end will please you more. You will feel better also, as exercise is an important part of achieving and maintaining good health.

For the best results, the exercise you do should be varied. For example, it is good to do both weights and cardio. A greater amount of muscle means burning more calories, even while you are resting. However, it is important to keep in mind that fat weighs less than muscle. You might not see yourself losing weight in the beginning, or it may not be as much as you wanted while you are first starting to build muscle.

Getting regular exercise releases stress, improves your mood and increases your circulation. All of these things will improve your health while you are losing weight. And the more calories that are burned, the more weight that is lost.

Motivation is the key to sticking with the two elements, regular exercise and a healthy diet. One way to keep motivated is to start your program for weight loss with one or more of your friends. That way you can keep each other focused as well as motivated toward your goals.

Speaking of goals, it helps to make smaller ones so that you always have a feeling of accomplishment. Take the larger exercise and weight loss goals and break them down into smaller ones. Make these goals that will keep you challenged but are able to be achieved.

Keep track of both your eating and exercising. When you have to write everything down, you have more of a chance of keeping yourself honest. Healthy and fast weight loss is possible. When you lose weight this way, you have a better chance of avoiding health problems as well as keeping the weight off.

My Secret Route to a Great Physique

March 20, 2010 · Filed Under Health and Fitness · Comment

For those who want to get muscled up, I have a great combo workout that uses kettlebells, body weight, and regular building exercises to get started.

To begin, I have a super complex that includes deadlifting, the one armed press, and then a kettlebell routine. They’ll do this in the weight loss forum.

Power set 1

Get yourself in front the bar for the dead lifts keep your feet about hip width. Grasp the barbell overhand while keeping your head up. Setback and stand in and upright position. Lower yourself downward and pause for a second. Complete eight repetitions.

Hold the dumbbell at your shoulder’s level and with your palm facing your head. Power the bell up and then lower it 8 times on each side.

Super complex number two

This can be called a KB 555, meaning a total of 555 reps in this sequence. This gets started with 100 kettlebell swings.Do this one with intensity. This can be one of your six pack ab exercises.

Using your hands to hook onto the KBs use your hips to power the bell upward. You’ll follow that by doing 100 reps of the prison squat and 50 reps of jackknifes on the stability sphere.

You do the prison squatting with both hands to the back of the head, elbows to the rear and head up.

Squat straight down as you keep your head upright and then power up.You do the jackknife by getting each foot on the top of the spere and each hand touching the ground. The abs should be used to pull each knee toward the torso.

Moving through the 5-5-5, you’ll do a hundred squats with your bodyweight.Cross each arm as you drop into the squatting and drive back upward. After the squats, do one hundred five push-ups.To make this more feasible, you can break the 105 into smaller sub sets.

Finish the 5-5-5 by doing another hundred kettle bell swing reps. If you follow this routine faithfully, you’ll quickly encounter muscular leanness.

Is Water The Best Fat Burner?

January 3, 2010 · Filed Under Health and Fitness · Comment

Many fitness experts tout water as being the best fat burner. This is because water has been proven to have a dramatic effect on whether or not one is able to burn body fat and maintain their bodies in this way, or instead retain body fat.

The importance of water to the proper functioning of body processes really cannot be understated. For one, about 65-70% of the human body is composed of water. Yet even as we all know it’s importance, many people do not drink enough of this life sustaining substance on a regular basis. Water is more important to our bodies than food, because the body is able to survive longer without food than it is without water.

For those trying to get in shape, water is the best fat burner. This is because it works effectively in helping you to maintain a leaner body, while also preventing you from snacking on unhealthy sugary foods and soft drinks. This is because in most cases, when you feel hungry, you are actually simply suffering from dehydration which is easily fixed with a tall glass of water.

All in all, water is really the best fat burner because without it, your goals of getting in shape will not succeed. By preventing dehydration, water will enable you to keep up your energy levels. This is because in the event of dehydration, the body reads this condition as being in a state of shock and is therefore unable to burn fat. As a result, the body will shift it’s focus on getting water, and it will cease all other activities such as burning body fat to release energy.

One tip to effectively use the best fat burner is to drink most of your water in ice cold form, this will enable you to effectively burn more calories. This is because that apart from tasting better cold, your body will be forced to burn more calories during the process of warming up an ounce of ice cold water to your present body temperature. Make sure that you maintain an intake of at least 100 ounces of water each day, which will enable you to burn an extra 100 calories and excess fat.

For a little flavor, add a slice of lemon to your cold water, which will also work in cleansing your liver. This is important because in order to burn fat fast, you need properly working organs, and a properly hydrated liver will operate well and also allow the liver to metabolize stored fat into energy.

Quick weight-loss diet

September 30, 2009 · Filed Under Health and Fitness · Comment

There are lots of bad mistakes made when people are looking for ways to lose weight through quick weight loss, and this is why the quick weight-loss diets will not work. I would like to offer you some advice if you are making these mistakes.   A quick weight loss diet especially requires that you will have bucket loads of willpower. So this means that you must be fully disciplined when you are following your quick loss program not only with your diet itself but also with the exercises that you are choosing for yourself… following through is what it’s all about. You might as well not even start if you are not going to have discipline.

Eating and the quick weight-loss diets

Your success in your quick weight loss diet is all going to depend on what you consume.  There are calories in everything. That means everything that you eat and most of the things that you drink contain calories. All those calories are going to turn into fat if you do not exercise, because we do not burn very many calories if we stay still. The equation is very simple. The more you eat the more you have to exercise.

Quick weight loss and your breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. Your body’s metabolism does not work as fast when you are asleep. That really good breakfast in the morning is enough to bring your metabolism back up to normal levels. Your body will go into calorie storage mode if it does not get a good breakfast. What happens is your body starts to think that there is no more food, it shuts down some of the calorie burning processes that it doesn’t need in order to survive and starts to store fat in order to conserve energy. You really don’t want your body to do this. You have to play smart with weight loss diets.

Your healthy lifestyle and quick weight loss diets

The Quick weight loss is going to depend on you. Your diet will really be pointless if you are going to revert back to your old lifestyle after your diet has finished. Your healthy lifestyle should continue for the rest of your life… it’s the only way to ensure that you never have to diet again.
